1. What this site is
CrystalDex is a community-run reference tool for Minecraft PvP settings. It is maintained by volunteers and offered free of charge. It is a fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
2. Accuracy of settings
Every entry is user-provided. Settings change often, submissions can be mistaken, and players may not have submitted their own entry. Nothing on CrystalDex is guaranteed to be accurate, current or complete, including entries marked as verified, which reflect a moderator's best check at a point in time, not an ongoing guarantee.
3. Moderation rights
CrystalDex reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to moderate, edit, reject, unpublish or permanently remove any submission or entry for any reason. Submitting an entry does not create an obligation to publish or keep it published.
4. Acceptable use
Do not submit false, joke or spam entries. Do not impersonate other players. Do not submit harassing, hateful, sexual, or otherwise abusive content, or links to such content. Do not scrape, flood or otherwise attempt to disrupt the service. Abusive submitters may be blocked.
5. Your submissions
By submitting an entry you confirm you have the right to share the information, and you grant CrystalDex a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, edit and distribute it as part of the directory. If an entry concerns you and you want it corrected or removed, contact the moderators through the Discord.
6. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrystalDex and its maintainers are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or its data.
7. Third-party content and links
Player skin renders are loaded from third-party Minecraft render services, and entries may link to Discord, YouTube or other external profiles. CrystalDex does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability or terms.
8. Intellectual property
"Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Studios; resource pack, server and creator names belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively only. If you believe content on CrystalDex infringes your rights, contact the moderators through the Discord with a description of the content and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it.
9. Access and termination
Access to CrystalDex may be limited, suspended or withdrawn at any time, and the site may be changed or discontinued without notice. Moderator accounts are internal and are not available to the public.
10. Changes
These terms may change as the site develops. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Questions, corrections and removal requests go through the CrystalDex Discord, linked in the site header. Removal requests can also be filed on the Privacy page.
